User Experience (UX) design has become more and more exciting in the last few years. A business interacts with their customers via multiple communication channels, in different stages of a service life cycle. Businesses everywhere work really hard to develop a smart approach to their potential clients, and keep refining their customer experience both during the delivery of the product/service and post-purchase customer care.

Mostly, my experiences in UX design focus on digital marketing and web interfaces. Over the course of time, i have been learning to understand the psychology of various groups of audience. Every project is specifically tailored for a specific target group considering their demographics, needs, and expectations.
